Office of the Children’s Commissioner

The Office of the Children’s Commissioner advocates for the interests, rights and wellbeing of the 1.123 million children and young people living in Aotearoa New Zealand.

In 2018, I created new content for a number of pages on the Office’s website to reflect the breadth and depth of its vital and inspiring role, and to improve the understanding of its monitoring work.

”Sarah’s ability to slip into the shoes of our audience and her talent for turning jargon into Plain English were extremely helpful. Following a number of workshops, Sarah translated our thoughts into words. The new content engaged and benefited children and young people, their whānau and the many people and organisations involved in their care and support.”
