The Primary Industry Capability Alliance (PICA) was an incorporated society funded by its members - industry organisations, education providers and government agencies. Amongst other things, they worked together to attract the diverse pool of people needed for New Zealand’s food & fibre sectors to thrive. Robotics engineers, farm managers, geneticists, wool exporters, environmental scientists, food technologists, biosecurity specialists…
From 2017, I helped PICA tell its story and develop its brand GrowingNZ. PICA was wound up in June 2022.
