School Journal 2021

I grew up reading the School Journal and it’s still going strong. The journal’s unique content supports all learning areas of the New Zealand Curriculum and is published by Lift Education for the Ministry of Education.

Thinking about climate change can be overwhelming — especially for children who have little say in the big things threatening their environment. I researched and wrote an article for the School Journal (Level 4 of the curriculum). ˋReducing Our Footprintˊ features four social entrepreneurs and ecopreneurs whose innovative ideas are helping more Kiwis make meaningful changes for our planet.

The article was published in May 2021.

“Sarah is prompt, responsive, and a great listener. Working with her is a seamless experience – she brings only good things to the relationship, including a welcome sense of fun.”
