World Menopause Day 2022

I wrote this opinion article for Radio New Zealand to celebrate the many things that have helped make menopause/ruahinetanga less taboo in Aotearoa since I started my grassroots project and campaign for change in 2020. Also as a reminder that we have a long way to go before everyone is well informed, understood and supported (if needed) through this normal, powerful and sometimes challenging stage of life.
